I spent many years teaching journal workshops. Notoriously, once a student finished making their books they did not want to write in them because they were too precious.
My suggestion to all of you is find something that speaks to where you are in your life. A poem, a saying,a photo, a drawing.
This book is your blank vessel designed for YOUR creativity. I thought that I would include a video made by my mentor, Paulus Berensohn. It is called "Soul's Kitchen". It is my sincere hope that I have lit a spark of imagination for you!
